Kabab Studio
The word ‘Kabab’ means small portions of meat served on skewers over a live fire. Tradition has it that the dish was invented by medieval Persian soldiers who used their swords to grill meat over open-field fires.

The “Kabab Studio” immediately invokes visions of smoking grills and meat well marinated on skewers, waiting their turn for the spit and this is exactly what it’s all about. A truly unique dining experience, bringing to the lover of choice meats, the pleasure of authentic Indian meats well marinated and served to you on coal grills where you can experience the art of grilling your own meat to suit your palate.
 
 
         
Sana-di-ge
Sana-di-ge means “Inaugural Lamp”, a name that was coined with an invocation to the Gods that the leading would be to open many more such signature restaurants; and it has been the case, as today the group looks at a number of fine dining restaurants in its stables.
